VIEWING EACH OTHERS SUBMITTED VLOG/MATERIAL

Hey guys and gals,

I know we've got an IZM You Tube page but it would be cool if we had our own You Tube channel just for our eyes only here on the forum.

We can email the log on details and password between ourselves and then each of us can safely upload our clips..make them private...and then only we can view them.

It's a safe way for each of us to view all of the material that is being shot whilst keeping the footage under wraps from the general public until we start editing the movie together.

Once we've got some stuff in the can we can drip feed a trailer here and there to maintain interest but it will allow everyone here access to view each others vlogs in privacy.

Most importantly, we also need to make sure that everyone who goes out and films keeps the Quicktime/raw video files on disk as we won't be able to use the bad quality of the you tube videos as they are 320/240 and encoded pretty badly.

Any one think this is a good idea for viewing?

I've always thought it was a great idea, and I'd be happy to set up the account when i get out of work. (I can access the zombie forum, my personal e-mail etc while at work, but can't access youtube... i don't get it.)

But yeah, I'll get it set up, and I will give the password out, and all that jazz. (Just so long as I trust you... I know alot of you guys just from watching how you post for the past few months.)

PS if anyone else wants to do it before I can get home, please feel free to, just let me know, so I can "admin" it. (and by Admin, I mean just keep an eye on people's use, and not uploading rickrolls and all that immature stuff.)

Adz was working on some kind of secure video server solution, but Youtube would be easier.

I like the YouTube idea. It's an easy fix and it'd be perfect for our system.

Hi,
Am uploading some 'Happy Chomping' news style voxes that I shot last week whilst on a job.
Just playing around at the moment really. If we make a fake news show or something then we can have our anchoman/woman hosting various voxes from around the world to give it a truly international feel.

I'm seriously thinking of investing in a greenscreen for work so we could use that on this film to have our actors set against a news environment or something...ala ITV news etc.
