Bleeding to death, the character looks up at the sky and says: "This is good, isnt it?" - a shot of him sitting on the ground against the tree - a sillhouette against the bright light.
The cigarette drops from his mouth.
Blackout.
End.

An iconic image, a very powerful way to end the movie.

sounds a bit gay...
Cool
how about a man going
"damn, i knew i should of got that life insurance"

Oh yeah, as though that'll be suitable. And how is my idea gay? If it was gay I'd have camp brazilians skipping about in skin-clad clothing, rainbows overhead and dorothy and the wizard of oz singing merrily down the yellow-bloody-brick-road hand in hand with big-gay-Al strutting his stuff on a YMCA disco dance floor. Mad

umm, i was joking. hence the smiley. i didn't realise you'de take it seriously...
and the reason i have contributed "shit all" is because i don't want the proper ideas i have to be used.

This may sound a little wacky...but...why the fuck are you here then? scratch
We've got people posting up serious ideas that you keep bumping down the page because of some moronic, increasingly unfunny lines. If you're not going to contribute then just leave.

well i have contributed some serious suggestions but people ignore them.
i just think lots of people are thinking too radically, you have to do what is best with the equipment and budget you have.

And wht do you assume our budget is? This film will be made on wha we recive from whoever is passionate enougha bout this movie to give. In theory if everyone on this forum were to give £100 then we would have £71,500 to work with. I know the big screen movies need a hell of alot more han that to pay the camera men etc, but the fact is most if not all of the people on this project are doing so because they want to be a part of history in the making. That means the hyperthetical £71,500 is all going towards what things we HAVE to pay for, and I think thats more than enough.

So how about giving some serious considderation as to what you think this is and if you are so disenchanted that you have to result in posting degrading bullshit, then go away. Just leave!

Wheelchair

Paperlilies wrote:oh yeah some of the ideas that were in the video comments which I liked were:

'urban' zombies
people in wheelchairs cause they aren't ever in these things- it would be pretty awesome to have someone in a wheelchair blowing away zombies with a shotgun!!

ill post more as I think of them/see any good ones Like a Star @ heaven

Expanding on the wheelchair idea, there could be a character holding out somewhere, whom the main characters stumble upon. He/She wants to stay put and make a stand against the zombies where they are but the others eventually convince him/her to come with them. So the character (who up to this point has been sitting behind a desk) says "pass me the chair then" at which point they notice the wheelchair to one side. Ethan could even say, "Forget it. I'm not going to end up as someone's lunch because we're slowed down by the wheely wonder over there," just to make him seem like more of an arse.

like i said, you have to do the best with the budget and equitment you have.
FULL STOP.

btw talking about big budgets Robert Rodriguez made the film El Mariachi using only $7000, which converts into about £3555.

I haven't got any ideas right now but all i can say is that when making the film you have to have the characters doing things which dont make any sense like...

if there is a few people in a car trying to escape town or something, then one person all of a sudden cant handle the situation and bolts from the vehicle, whilst your all screaming out loud " don't do it!!! there's bloody zombies everywhere you fool!"

or some one goes into a dark room where a load of noise is being made and all the person is holding for protection is a toilet brush.

those type of things are the stuff which keeps the audience hooked otherwise if it was done with the characters always having things under control then it would be slightely boring in my eyes.

And im sure you guys all know this and maybe you think its all rubbish in what im saying. Which if you do then ill just sit back and let you guys handle it lol. Very Happy

Good luck!! Very Happy
