Sequel? World Wide Dead II
I was thinking. This was a great trip and I'd love to see another round go for 2009.
I don't know about anyone else, but is anyone game for a sequel?
I mean I know a website that host some of the best writers on the net and I think that I could pull some of them together and craft a follow up to this film.

Re: Sequel? World Wide Dead II
A sequel would be cool, but as the first film is not complete yet lets not get to ahead of ourselves, once the film is completed & shown we have more of an idea if a sequel is needed.
There's always room for more zombies so a sequel may be something to look at in time.

Re: Sequel? World Wide Dead II
Agreed, but I think that it'd be good to look ahead a little bit and start planning this.
See I think with everything that's culled from World Wide Dead. I think there is much that couldn't be included and it would be cool to see like an almost parallel story being told as the sequel. I mean this is like the trial year, and if this goes well I think we should greenlight a follow up for next Halloween.

Re: Sequel? World Wide Dead II
That sounds cool Chris, love to get involved in this if a sequel does go ahead or at least be involved in the planning.
Having a sequel tell a parallel story to the events of the original film or expand on how it ends sounds good, we don't know the characters who are left at the end die, ok just throwing ideas out, none of which are to be taken seriously, there just rough ideas.
Have Cloverfield stuck in my head at the moment as last film i watched & all i could think was take out the monster add zombies that be cool, not sure why i'm telling you this, thinking aloud.
WWD 2 would be great but as said as the first film is still in production we shouldn't get our hopes up of a sequel but i guess be ready just incase.

Has this idea died or are we waiting for more of the first film to be completed before starting work on a sequel?
