We are currently establishing a document so that we can see who can do what. Therefore could everyone please make sure they post in the appropriate sections.

I know its against what you've stated, but I spose its a mixture of film and movies. I've done a couple of filming sessions with friends (very few have made it to youtube since they are generally quite embarrising and I wouldnt dare show it - and no, its not porn )
An example of my work through trailer usage. My films are usually bad in quality since I dont have good filming equipment, but I know how to handle a steady camera and how to set up a scene. (Right now I am doing another film trailer thing but with teddies, Im trying to upload it as soon as my camcorder decides to work with me...) I am currently doing a Film Studies course and am currently on a filming project and should finish it in a month, so I can show you the finished result (if we havent finished filming! XD) However, in my Film Studies course we've been thoroughly studying the different ways of filming and what is unique and what certain shots and angels can mean. So if I was inclined to pick just one type, I would say Film since I am studying that.


B) How long have you been doing it for?A long while - I've always loved filming in my spare time and using my imagination. Sometimes I watch films and think: "Why did that fool not shoot it from another direction?" and "If I did that I would..."

8/9 I know what I want to see on screen. My film studies teachers have said Im very creative and very good at "pushing the boundaries".

D) What special projects or business/personal related work have you been involved in (if any)?
I haven't really had a special film related project project done yet. I mean, I am taking a Film Studies course at college and intend to follow a career in film itself by going to (most likely) Falmouth College in Cornwall in Sept. 09.

(Err, a bit confused about what you mean. Do you mean could I present the film to you confidently or how confident would I think of the film itself?)

F) Do you have any limitations? Download limits/caps which could affect production time? Not really. My laptop can be a bit of an arse at times. I suppose I am a student, so Studying would sometimes get in the way.

G) Can you access the forums/internet easily?
Yes. Home and School internet.

H) What is you're location, what City do you live in?
I live in Woking, a town in the west of Surrey, about 30 minutes train journey from London.

I) How much time could you devote to this project?
A lot - as long as I get dates sorted out at least a month before finalised. If thats done then there should be no problem.

J) Would you be able to travel to a set to help film?Yes. Income from work is not bad, so I would be willing to help out by taking train or, if neccesary, cab from a station.

For the low resources ive had, i think ive maximized my ability with bare bones equipment in the past, so id say around a 9

Done alot of independent production work, my own projects and such, but currently working on a small internet project for the RSPCA

Absolutly, got plenty of work in my portfolio, which im confident off, could give a 10 for that

Live in a small village in Cornwall, about 17 miles from Plymouth

Full time, im always trying my hand at film projects anyhow, so this would be great to dive into!

I really don't like rating myself, but I'll go with a 7.

Depends on when the project gets in full motion, I have school at end of summer, and a job. The job isn't a big deal though it's school.

Probably not, I would just be able to do South Texas shots.

In some. I always did the camera and directing. I always worked quite independently. Still there are just 2 short films of mine shown publicly. And I've written a script for two of my short films and am currently writing one (a feature ).

I) How much time could you devote to this project?
It depends. I'm currently DoP 3 days a week on a feature until mid-December, and I have some 2-day commitments (one per month until February). And there's the play I'm working on late January, and I'm job-hunting...

Again, it depends. For a London shoot I'd need plenty of notice to get cheap train tickets.

TV work

B) How long have you been doing it for?
Little over a year in the "real world", but 2 years worth of a sucessfully passed diploma course as well.

Between 7-8 I would say.

D) What special projects or business/personal related work have you been involved in (if any)?
Worked for various pro wrestling DVD shoots, including LDN Capital TV on the Fight Network (Sky 427)

9 - I have work on DVD, just a case of whether or not my DVD burner will bugger up again. 9 times out of 10, it's fine.

F) Do you have any limitations? Download limits/caps which could affect production time?
Nope, no download limit and got a decent connection (about 5.5mbps)

Yes

H) What is you're location, what City do you live in?
Little town in Essex called Maldon, about 40 minutes from Liverpool Street on the train.

I) How much time could you devote to this project?
Depends on the timing really, if someone said "can you do x, y and z?", I'd be able to give them a pretty straight answer.

J) Would you be able to travel to a set to help film?
Yes, I'm in London most weekends as it is, for at least one of the days.
