I've been recording/setting up bands/editing/mixing for 15 years.

For this film I could compose/design a number of different high quality sound atmospheres/soundscapes involving all my own recorded material and digital processing. Am particularly good at haunting nightmare-style soundscapes, which would fall more into the category of sound than music. Ambience would involve things like wind, creaking houses, animal sounds, haunting breathing. There could also be more abstract sound design to add atmosphere (such as metallic sounds, distorted tire screeches) and possibly meta-diagetic soundworlds - i.e. sounds coming from one particular characters point of view, or sounds which empathize with certain characters more than others.

A: I specialize in simple songs with inappropriate lyrics and hide behind the designation "comedy" when complainers complain with their complaints

B: 1 year of regular guitar practice. 20 years of trying to say the unspeakable (it's a quest similar to zeno's paradox)

F: in reference to studio time: I've heard no mention of compensation for expenses, so those difficulties seem to be on your side of the table. I can produce lo-fi music at any moment.

I am a songwriter with twenty-five years experience living in London. I work with Sibelius and acoustic instruments and can produce a sample of my work whenever you like. Whether I'm any good is for others to judge but I like what I write.

Software programs a use... Cubase, Reason, Sound Forge. I also use a eight track minidisc recorder (handy for recording on location like at gigs & stuff)

To give you a rough idea of what I'm at: I can write an acoustic song about almost anything. Example: I wrote a full song in 20 mins given the line "If I told you I love you what would you do".
