look guys, I don't know what you want me to say. Yes, this whole thing has been a cock-up from the start, I admit that. I am a terrible leader.

I know I've made decisions without asking you, or consulting you as a group, but we need decisions MADE, not conferred over. Asking things via committee only makes the people who don't agree with the final decision pissed off, and prolongs every decision.

I have a whole handful of excuses- time, the BBC involvement which has ultimately taken up more of my time than the actual project, general LIFE! And I know you don't care as this project is why you're all here, not to hear my whining about how horrible this thing has been to deal with so I won't go on.

The other day there was this whole Shane, Alexis etc weird bust up, and I don't even know how to react. It's all just insane- why is everyone so angry!!? I am SORRY. I am trying to make this film, alot of which doesn't actually NEED the forum. I know that this whole thing started here, but I'm just trying to get this thing DONE now.

As far as this forum is concerned, I don't even know where to post things- I am actually scared of pissing everyone off even more by just posting in the wrong place.

As far as my plans go in the forseeable future, I am hoping we can start shooting this weekend coming, and the two very talented and dedicated seeming guys who contacted me OUTSIDE of the forum (which, as you might not realise, is something lots of people have done, as many people, myself included, generally don't get forums for myriad reasons) both seem very excited about working on the project. I am going to hopefully get b4dmaths to be Ben, and that other guy to be Ethan (I can't remember his name right now but if I don't post this now I'll chicken out.) As yet, I don't know where we will be filming it. I don't know exactly how it's all going to work ok?

The NY team is still up in the air, Poykpac won't sign on so I've asked Mark (DentonUSA) if the worst comes to the worst, to film the Eric part himself, as I know he'd do a great job and is a great actor too- if you look at his videos on youtube you can see that he'd do it justice. I didn't ask you guys about that, I know, so there it is. In any case, hopefully poykpac or ichannel will sign on soon. I'm going to give them a deadline of this wednesday coming to let me know what their story is so we can move forward on that point.

The big thing at Hat Trick at the moment is the screening, which they've organised for the 30th October. Whatever has been filmed by then is what will be shown. I don't want to look like an idiot at the screening, but I hope you realise, that it is my neck on the line when it comes to the actual film in the end of this whole process. I am the one who is going to look like a total chump if nothing is to be seen at the end of all this, or if what there is is terrible. I'm the one who has to stand up infront of a real life audience and say, this is what I made happen. I am the one who is going to look like a royal retard if this all goes to pot.

I'm not proud of how this has all worked out, and as I said to alexis and shane, I really thought about closing the forum, as it's just causing problems and upsetting people. like I said, I don't know where to post this, or anything else, and I'm not alone- people who've contacted me via email (such as the directors) have said they have looked at theforums and just found it so scary and angry and confusing that they didn't know where to look, and so left the forum. Let me ask you, is that reason to not use that person's skills or talent?

This project was/is supposed to be the Internet Zombie Movie, not the Forum Zombie Movie.

Bryony, we dont want a sympathy post - we want answers to the questions we've posted.

And if ur not pleased with the way things are going, why dont you just extend the deadline? That wouldve avoided this entire mess.

EDIT: We dont hate you Bryony. We know it can be stressful doing all of this work, but we simply requested some answers that we did not get and your simple presence would've helped to ease the situation and gain an insight on both sides of the arguments occuring right now.

I'm not wanting to sound rash, but we've recieved no answers throughout the past few weeks and since we're not getting any involvement in the decision making aspects, it does hurt us when its meant to be community-based.

I'm still positive about it. I think the script we have is excellent. Filming in such a short space of time will be tough but do-able. i'm getting the finished storyboards in now which will be up tomorrow and throughout the week and on paper it looks great. I think we just need to cover everything...........

Don't be a sad panda. Things are going to be okay. If you are intimidated by your own forum, something is wrong. You are doing pretty goddam well.


...just thought that needed saying...technical details aside if the matriach of the entire project is posting about how miserable it is making her and how she feels everyone involved hates her, it seems appropriate to try and re-introduce some perspective and some sanity into the discussion. I really don't see how anyone contributing to this film would feel anything but graditute towards Ms. Lilies... and I really don't think the forum is in danger of overstating that sentiment.

So to you Bryony I extend my sincerest thanks and encouragement. To do otherwise seems...uber lame.

As for all of this angry forumite business, I can see to an extent where everyone's coming from on the lack of answers front, but as Bryony said, she's been bogged down in so much crap that I'm frankly astonished she's kept up with it all - I guess at the end of a long day of slogging through everything else behind the scenes that we don't see, sometimes there's no time or inclination for a clear answer to the many questions that everyone poses.

Anywho. Lets get cracking!
