As You see, I have listed them by age because I think it was the best way to do it, since we need the characters to be in some range of age(like 18 to 25) so it will help us find a good actor.

Yay me for being at the bottom of the list LOL, I feel so old

No one auditioned for the role of Gus? and the BBC are saying that the Germans are the most organised right, someone who get their videos seen in Germany on Youtube ought to make a video for this. otherwise whats going to happen with Gus?

Hmmm good question...maybe Gus can be a wild card character that doesn't necessarily have to be from Germany or even be male...maybe it should be some Canadian chick instead...lol jk. Although that's not too bad of an idea. If someone can't be found to fill the role, that would be cool to have that character develop into another, that would ultimately fill the boots of Gus. Only of course if the script can be easily modified to do so.

No, but really, I believe there will be a separate "audition" for Gus, as he is German, will have to perform, both in English and in German. (at least that is the understanding i have from Bryony)

Since the BBC posted my video, I am now receiving email spam from the UK, at least two everyday saying I won over a million pounds. I don't mind that the BBC used my clip, but can we please request them not to sell my email address, if possible! I live in the US so I am pretty sure it's the BBC.

yeah, i get the uk spam all the time. i find it quite funny, and im VERY glad that i created 2 new e-mails for this project, that i could just ignore after the project.



and i dont think it's the bbc... i think that our e-mails were somewhere seen on this website, and the trolling bots found them and sold it... stupid bots.

i dont know how to fix the problem though...



although i believe one way to dodge the bots is to make your e-mail address like:

I got some of that UK spam as well, most of it saying "I won the lottery" LMAO, and nearly all of which gets dumped into my Junkmail folder, which is probably the best thing to do is to mark those messages as junk mail so the IP address from the sender will automatically end up in the Junk mail.

Yeah, the best way to dodge bots that retrieve emails is to put your address in a non-standard format (i.e., replace "@" with "(-at-)" or ".com" with "(-dot-) com"). I don't really think it would be the BBC selling information on.

Quite surprised to see so many young people going for the auditions despite the stated age of the roles.

Although number 6, David, came close, I think that Zach is so suitable for this role because of his appearance - he looks like a comedian, so this whole deal with Eric being the comical guy will go hand in hand with Zach. Definately suitable for the role.

Hmmmmmm... I'd rather not have my e-mail written in standard format in this list, man. My main e-mail has been completely spam-free for three years up until a day or two ago, and I can only think that this thread is the reason why it isn't any longer.

Aside from that, thanks a lot, Fuzileer! Without the beard, though, I look about sixteen (I am currently sans-beard, actually) but I won't turn down a compliment if I see one. ^_^
