ALL NEWS FROM ADZ & BRYONY

Hi guys & girls,

Ok so Bryony and I had a huge meeting the other day and we have a few issues that are very important which we want to deal with first over everything else.

COMMUNICATION:
This has been a big issue yet lately we have all managed to meet regardless of time zones. It's not that much of a hurdle but one we need to overcome.

When we have teams it will be up to each team to communicate wether its via email/msn/skype between each other.
It's also up to the groups leader to decide when they will schedule meetings.
However it is the leaders SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to communicate ALL information back to us ASAP we will have an email account set up for just that purpose.

Communication has been a big issue but we can get over it as long as everyone is aware of this so if you've seen this post and someone else hasn't then give them the link. We need everyone to be kept up-to-date from now on and this single thread will keep everyone aware of major developments.

Ok basically, the audition shortlists were originally going to go on youtube and then people would vote in the comments BUT! in talking to Blogmaths, I realised that whoever is popular already on youtube will most likely win the vote just because of their popularity rather than acting prowess, so I decided to post them here and ask for you guys to have your say.

I chose the following as my favourites for each specific part because I thought they acted well, and were in a good location to travel for filming (as far as I can tell). If you disagree (as I am sure you all will), say so as this is but my opinion.

I am not sure how this will work out, but if it's the NYC team who film this part the only person in NYC who I thought wasa especially good was Yellowfluff, otherwise Sarahjohn or Speppers were good actors but are in places we don't have a team to film them.



So, those are the people I thought were good. There were lots of others who I loved but they weren't in appropriate areas for filming the main parts, but i thought Zacksmind and themeltingsnowman could be good news anchor type people, and the others could film the many vlogs in the script.

Ok so we have a fair bit of news to announce this week and a lot concerning filming and vlogs.

First off Bryony & myself have been in contact with a lot of people in regards to the heads of departments.
We chose people to lead each department based on 3 things:
1: Ability to communicate with myself & Bryony.
2: Ability to work based on knowledge & skills.
3: Ability to select and direct a team to finish the work to a high quality standard in the shortest amount of time possible.

So at the moment we have the following people as heads of departments:

Also we have chosen the format to have the film rendered in.
The film will be rendered in DVD quality with the following specifications:

Resolution: 720 x 480
Ratio: 16:9 (Widescreen)
Format: PAL
Frame Rate: 24 frames per second.

There will be a post and I will explain how to make the most of your video equipment and how to make sure your video is in the correct format. I will put a link here once it is done.
