Video Conferencing

Hi all thisw is just a thought but I'm going to download and install a Video conferencing tool called Oovoo. It can be used on Mac's & Windows and can have conversations with 6 people at a time online. I thought this would be a great way for us all to communicate and best of all its free. hey i found a site called blogtv. You can broadcast a show live on the net it also has like a chat room thing on the side so maybe we could set up one for IZM then we can use it to talk about what people going to do etc.

Oovoo looks awesome though, its like MSN but with live video to each other, its better than skype and really easy to use. We are talking about live communication here and I think this is the best way to do it.

anti-distinctlyminty and i successfully used Oovoo today and had about 3-4second lag which is fantastic considering I'm in melbourne and he's at the top end of england!

defiantly will be using this program as much as msn so people start joining hit http://www.oovoo.com

Yup, it was very successful. I recommend it - but with larger groups there may need to be someone in charge to say who speaks to avoid the 'pause...everyone speaks over each other...then everyone stops...then everyone speaks over each other'

I won't be on this software for a while since my laptop has finally decided to pass away - so I've taken it to a local computer store for some CPR.

i've downloaded it to my macbook air BUT it isn't supported by it!!

although i have seen a thing where you can email someone from oovoo and then they can join the video chat!!

but i would rather have oovoo so if anyone could help me i'd be glad!!
