Poster Idea

Thanks Magnulus! I'll edit the red and green version to include the new monitor and edit the latest red and blue one with the removal of extra buttons that I had added to the monitor. I can only get to editing later tonight as my files are at home and I'm at work right now, so look for some new submissions later today .

Also I forgot to say congrats to you and Mrs. Magnulus and I hope your honey moon is going great!

So here's the same design again, with the two different colour schemes, including all suggestions so far.

These really are great posters. They really are. And it's cool to see the collaborative suggestions developing these poster designs. Way to go.

BTW, would it be a cool idea to create some desktop wallpapers?
On a purely selfish basis I'd love to have this desktop on my mac.

Thanks a lot, Karma. It's been great. We'll be back in Edinburgh by tomorrow evening, which is nice. Haven't been in our apartment for almost three months! Gah!

Anyway, those two look great. I still prefer the colours for the zombie on the second one, but the text is clearer on the first one. I think the red inner glow might be what's making my eyes go a bit wonky.

That looks exactly how I'd hoped it would. The smaller font isn't as important since that's not what's supposed to capture the viewer's eyes. I likes it a lot!

I'll do my best to get a photo like the one I've talked about as soon as I can after I get home tomorrow. I'll just make a test-shot at first, without the make-up or a proper studio space. However, when we get the cast all lined up all right, it would be nice if we could then make a final version with, for example, Eric or Ben in front of his computer.

Ya that would be awesome if I could get my hands on some high quality stock photography. I can play around with some more ideas and produce higher quality images. Do we have an official IZM photographer to take photos of the cast and crew? Also when are they going to release the final cast list...the wait is unbearable lol. Yes I know...I'll be patient .

This may sound strange, but I love stock photography! I use it all the time for web projects at work and at home.

One of my favorite places is called iStockPhoto. Link That's where I got the creepy hand and the monitor that I used for my poster.

I'll pay for a photo if I'm going to use it for a real project, but if I'm just coming up with ideas then I'll "borrow" them and use the ones with the watermark in them.

I'd love to be the production photographer (The person who takes photos who goes around set taking pictures of the filming and the actors and such.) if I don't get one of the roles I auditioned for. It's one of the career paths I'd like to take further on (aside from director, actor or editor) so it would be a great practise for me.

We'll see, though. YOU'RE talking about the wait for the cast list being unbearable! Think about us people who auditioned! ^_^

You should take some shots of your face, then I can try to zombify you hahaha.

I did post an audition, actually two. I posted one on my old webcam I bought in 2000/2001 and then I bought a new one 'cause I couldn't bare the horrible quality of it and posted a second audition on that haha. I probably won't get a main role due to the fact I don't reside in New York or near the UK...but I do have family in New York! Well Queens, New York...ya I can dream .
