Gee thanks, well its all i've got to work with atm seeing as we have no decent Zombie photos or anything
And I spose because of that I wanted to create a poster that didn't give off any sort of emotion, I wanted it to be dark and blank and not revealing as we have nothing to reveal yet
It's more just enough to give it that eerie kinda look...

I love your idea if its done right Mag otherwise lol it could look like something off the cover of a Goosebumps book!

I think we're trying to be a bit too distant from the audience in terms of poster ideas at the moment. A film's post-production crew will search for whatever interesting aspects within the film to come up with a poster idea.

What is our interesting aspect?

It's the first ever collaborative internet project - so why aren't we marketing it like that?

That's a great idea fuzz, how do we market that in artwork?

Pictures of a bunch of people faffing about on forums....?

I mainly meant by the written aspect on the poster - not the image. We're having all these witty tag-lines, yes, but we should still have some mention of this - primarily computers.
As for pointing out this idea through the image itself, we could:
- Emphasize the internet aspect - like have a globe and have it fade into the internet explorer symbol.
- Symbolise connection.
- Emphasize computers.

I'm no marketing expert, but thats my pointers.

I know I probably seem like a negative shit-head in this thread, but I'm trying to move the discussion away from "Lookit my picture thing that I did!" "You're so gooooood!" and into "This is a viable idea for a poster for the film that actually says something about the film and what it's about". Show and Tell is over and it's time to try to be constructive.

(No, I haven't done anything about the poster idea with the computer, but that's because I'm in Prague on my honeymoon.)

Thanks for the constructive criticism Mag. I'll definitely go back to the drawing board and come up with something that makes more sense.
